What is the lead time?
The lead time is 30-60 days from date of order to date of shipment depending on quantities.
Is there a charge for samples?
Normally, we do not charge for samples provided you have a legitimate interest in our product.
What is the lead time for samples?
The lead time for existing designs is about 1 week from date of request to ship date from China. The lead time for custom samples is 2-3 weeks.
Are there tooling costs or artwork charges?
The answer is no for about 95% of the time. Occasionally, there are tooling costs or artwork. Charges for some custom made samples and occasionally there are tooling costs for Tins and Plastic Containers. However, these cases are the exception, not the norm.
Who handles Freight and Customs?
If we quote CIF a US Port, we will handle the Freight and Customs Clearance. If you want, we can also arrange for shipment from the port of entry directly to you and invoice you for the Freight.
