#1 Pre-Production Inspection (PPI)
We check the quality of all the raw materials and monitor all dyeing, printing, etc. We make sure that the Supervisors and Quality Control (QC) Managers understand all the key points about your order and communicate that information to the workers on the line.
#2 During Production Inspection (DPI)
Once your order is in full production we will do several inspections to check dimensions, printing, color, quality, etc. We ensure that there are enough workers on the line to complete your order on time and we make sure that the Supervisors and Quality Control Managers are properly monitoring your order to ensure that we ship good quality product.
#3 Final Random Inspection (FRI)
When your order is complete we will do a final random inspection in which we check all aspects of what you have ordered. We pull samples at random from a representative number of packed cartons and check each chosen sample very carefully. The FRI is done to a 1.0 AQL for Major Defects and 2.5 AQL for Minor Defects.
Each Inspection is done by a different Inspector to make sure that the inspection process is not compromised and so that a fresh set of eyes sees your order each time it is inspected.
